Requirements
- 5 years leadership experience preferably in a test laboratory environment or AS degree with 10 years of experience in a test laboratory and 5 years of leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Assist Lab Supervisors with daily operations and identify areas for productivity and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate training, audits, and proficiency program testing
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with quality systems and procedures
- Lead quality system-related activities and perform monthly audits
- Provide coaching and mentorship to lab personnel to improve efficiency
- Maintain and review Test Services Documentation and Agile Change Orders
