Luxoft DXC Technology Company is looking to solve complex projects in the financial industry, specifically in the Insurance segment, by finding a Senior TIBCO Developer to lead requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture
- Strong Experience in TIBCO BW 5x and BW 6x, TIBCO I-Process BPM, EMS is must
- Strong knowledge of Java, HTML
- Basics of any DB and able to write simple DB SQL queries
- Experience in SAFe Agile methodology or Agile/Scrum is desired
- Proficiency in general programming concepts & Knowledge of Java is desired
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture (majority of time)
- Contribute hands-on in coding and integration (25–30%)
- Break down work into stories, assign tasks, and support implementation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and guide technical decisions
- Mentor team members and foster accountability
