STR's Analytics & C2 Division researches and develops novel technologies to solve challenging national security problems through advanced analytics. The Signals Exploitation and Tracking (SET) Group focuses on applying machine learning, statistics, estimation, and information theory algorithms for target tracking, signals exploitation, and system resource management. The Lead Algorithm Developer will help develop disruptive technologies focused on target tracking and prediction.
Requirements
- Have significant experience with tracking technologies, specifically with Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT) or related algorithms
- Have expertise using C++ programming language
- Proficient in systems simulation capabilities, Monte Carlo methods, data structures
- Have experience with common software development tools (e.g. Git, Linux, Anaconda, Docker)
- Have expertise using Python or MATLAB for scientific programming, algorithm development, data analysis, and complex visualizations (e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib)

- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, for which U.S citizenship is needed by the U.S government
- Have experience in intelligence or military-related mission areas
