Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design methods and artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, etc.)
- 8+ years of UX design experience in fast-paced, agile environments
- Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices
- Proven success delivering intuitive, delightful products informed by research
- Experience planning and leading user research
- Familiarity with lean experimentation and innovation methods
Responsibilities
- Develop, Lead, and champion an ambitious user-centred experience strategy
- Develop guiding Experience Principles to drive consistency across our digital solution ecosystem
- Own our Digital Experience pipeline, launching initiatives that get us closer to our ideal state
- Lead design across multiple product teams, advocating for user needs and inspiring bold solutions
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and companion teams like Industrial Design, Marketing, and Experience Insights to create cohesive experiences
- Craft design artifacts—journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and flows—that bring ideas to life
- Rapidly iterate concepts based on user research and technical input

- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills—you can inspire both peers and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology—or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive culture, encouraging individual expression in the workplace
