Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end research and design for websites and digital applications
- Knowledge of federal web design best practices, such as plain language, accessibility, and design standards
- Knowledge of Figma and design prototyping and testing tools like Optimal Workshop
Responsibilities
- Leading an agile team, you’ll broaden the scope of your design skills by developing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing.
- You’ll lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design.
- Your expertise in user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design will help your team advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, all the while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.
