Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to understand strategic goals and workflows.
- Contribute to project planning, client management, and performance analysis.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and present findings or recommendations.
- Demonstrate adaptability by rotating through different roles and tasks.
Other
- Participate in structured leadership and professional development training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
