Requirements

  • Understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Innovative approach to problem-solving and content creation
  • Keen eye for visual design, color combinations, and layouts
  • Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations and assessments with our Training and Development Department to understand the learning needs, challenges, and objectives of the target audience
  • Create the structure and layout of educational content, which involves planning and outlining how information will be presented to learners
  • Bring designed and customized content to life by producing the actual educational materials
  • Ensuring that content is compatible and effective across multiple platforms enhances accessibility and learner engagement
  • Engage directly with customers (learners or clients) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather detailed insights and expertise
  • Organizing and participating in meetings, interviews, or workshops to discuss their needs, expectations, and the specific content that should be included

  • Strong project and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, SME’s, and colleagues
  • Commitment to professional development, and staying abreast of new trends in instructional design and technology
  • 1-2 years instructional design experience preferred in instructional design, training and development, or adult learning fields and/or relevant education
