Requirements
- Experience working in the in the training industry and/or a learning focused role.
- 3+ years of instructional design.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement skills and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Learn, Applied Skills, Training, and certification programs.
- Experience working in a large-scale collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of immersive, hands-on interactive learning experiences that advance learner engagement and set new standards for impactful learning
- Lead the development and implementation of robust, organization-wide standards for the creation, management, and scalable delivery of interactive experiences.
- Collaborate with partners across Microsoft to ensure that interactive labs can be developed and delivered at scale to support the demand.
- Lead the planning and execution of new Interactive experiences, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Work with program owners to deliver effective labs focused on security, cost-efficiency, and scalability, laying the groundwork for innovation and enhanced learner experience.
- Drive partner onboarding and lab integration efforts, and prototype new learner experiences.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
