Requirements
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders
- Knowledge of Google ads product suite, promoter tools and workflows
- Experience with learning design or strategy in higher education, EdTech, or corporate learning spaces
- Experience with data analysis and design thinking
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholder teams to identify learning needs and develop impactful product and business intelligence learning solutions
- Apply design thinking and creative problem-solving to develop innovative and engaging learning experiences
- Create engaging and effective multimodal learning experiences for a global audience
- Manage complex learning projects, including scoping, prioritization, timelines, and resourcing
- Analyze learner data, business drivers, and operating metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning content and delivery
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or education related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales/Product Enablement
- MBA or graduate degree in Instructional Design or related fields (preferred)
- Excellent business acumen and problem solving skills

- US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
