General Dynamics Mission Systems is looking to solve the problem of managing enterprise systems, specialized Linux OS, cross-domain solutions, and boundary devices for Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems
Requirements
- Strong experience with Red Hat LINUX command line administration
- Proficiency in OS and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Ability to apply Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and address vulnerabilities
- Preference for Network administration experience
- IAT Level II (DoD 8570/8140.01) certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, GSEC, SSCP, and CCNA-Security)
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Expertise in re-imaging both physical and virtual servers
Responsibilities
- Hands-on work with RedHat Linux, system/server builds, and advanced troubleshooting
- Engaging with cross-domain and boundary device solutions
- Managing enterprise-level solutions and re-imaging workstations, servers, and peripherals
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and addressing vulnerabilities
- Re-imaging both physical and virtual servers
- OS and hardware/software troubleshooting
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a specialized area; or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph is required at time of hire
