Huntington is looking to solve the problem of ensuring compliance with relative policy/procedures and regulatory requirements and timeliness of service levels in Loan Services through Quality Assurance (QA) reviews.
Requirements
2 or more years loan servicing experience
Quality Assurance/Regulatory Background
Responsibilities
Responsible for complying with internal Quality Assurance procedures.
Communicates and advises with appropriate personnel/management to update/correct documentation deficiencies to ensure corrective action in response to QA findings is sufficient for QA approval.
Identifies opportunities to automate testing where appropriate.
Recommends changes to processes to ensure future compliance.
May assist with data analysis to identify root causes and trends.
Performs other duties as assigned.
