Lockheed Martin is looking to solve the problem of providing real-world work skills and abilities to undergraduate and graduate students through the College Work Experience Program (CWEP), aligning with UTA's Maverick Advantage program
Requirements
- Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics majors will be considered for technical roles
- Students must have completed at least one semester at UTA prior to applying for the program
- Background screening and urine drug screening are required
- Ability to work up to 25 hours per week during spring and fall semesters, and up to 40 hours per week during Spring, Summer and Winter Breaks with Supervisor approval

- Students must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person
- Undergraduate and Graduate students must be in good academic standing as per their college requirements
- Students must be enrolled as a full-time student at UTA for Fall and Spring Semesters
- Students are NOT permitted to hold other paid positions on campus while participating in the program
- Students must agree to background screening and urine drug screening
