The company is looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead Base Operations for an autonomous ride-hailing company, ensuring daily tasks are completed on time and to high standards of productivity, quality, and safety.
Requirements
- Proficient in: Google Suite / Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Sheets)
- Proficient in: Jira and Confluence
- Proficient in: Git (basic understanding)
Responsibilities
- Oversee vehicle logistics and readiness
- Manually operate vehicles when needed
- Manage parts and inventory tracking
- Keep the workspace safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant
- Support remote site operations as needed
- Support data reporting and drive process improvements
Other
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean driving record (no points)
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel locally (<20%)
- Must follow the company’s substance abuse policy
