Humana is looking to solve the problem of putting health first for their teammates, customers, and company by developing cloud-based analytics platforms and building interactive visualizations and front-end software applications for stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building applications or workflows in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Quickbase, Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL, schema design, entity relationships, joins)
- Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlikView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Databricks) and their integration capabilities
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
- Experience with reporting and creating metrics for management
Responsibilities
- Assists in the development of our cloud-based analytics platform
- Builds interactive visualizations and front-end software applications for stakeholder engagement
- Can perform analytics based on stakeholder needs
- Design and develop apps and automation in the Quickbase platform and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Develop internal audit tools to support clinical compliance
- Develop custom CRM applications for community engagement, member outreach, and the provider service model
- Develop workflow management tools supporting various operations
