Susquehanna is seeking an M365/SharePoint Developer to support the development, automation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments, aiming to enhance collaboration and productivity through scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions, including leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Microsoft Graph API.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompt engineering, customization, and integration.
- Experience designing and deploying AI-enhanced productivity solutions using Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 tools.
- Integrate and extend M365 Copilot capabilities to enhance user productivity and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and M365 applications.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, including Copilot features and best practices.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer or M365 Developer in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
