The business problem is to support and evolve Machine Learning capabilities in the MLA (Machine Learning Assistant) app to help users train simulation results from GT-SUITE into ML-based metamodels.
Requirements
- Experience with ML tools such as Python libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MathWorks (MATLAB, Simulink)
- Experience with CAE tools is preferred
- Python-based ML workflows and API extensions
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements to understand needs and promote adoption
- Translate customer insights into prioritized roadmap items and ensure delivery of high-impact solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, expand capabilities, and support strategic and GTM initiatives
- Provide expert support for GT's machine learning applications, guiding customers through onboarding, evaluations, and usage
- Conduct applied ML research and develop case studies across a range of modeling and analysis techniques
- Create and deliver advanced training content and walkthroughs for internal and external audiences
- Contribute to documentation and example libraries, including Python-based ML workflows and API extensions
Other
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights
