Requirements

- Skilled and effective teacher.

Responsibilities
- Teach people at Jane Street about machine learning.
- Maintain and grow ML educational programs and classes.
- Develop curricula for ML topics including introduction to general ML, efficient use of AI assistants, internal stack for training models, and reasoning about performance.
- Write code as part of machine learning research.
- Develop an understanding of Jane Street's technology stack.
- Mentor other budding teachers in the ML team.
- Help other people involved in teaching to grow their skills.
