The company is looking to build and improve its AI shopping assistant, connecting multiple partners to help users find the best price and make smarter shopping decisions.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping ML systems users love (especially in PyTorch)
- 2+ years of experience with Python
- Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma, gRPC, and/or Protocol Buffers
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
- Fullstack flexibility or willingness to dive across the stack
- Browser extension experience (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Architect large-scale systems to ingest data from 60+ resale partners (hundreds of millions of products/day)
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines (training, serving, optimizing)
- Develop and fine-tune recommendation and search ranking models
- Ship AI features from concept to production, fast
- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and design to build a magical UX
- Champion engineering excellence, own major backend and infra decisions
