Stripe is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy advanced machine learning solutions that directly influence Stripe’s payment products and core business metrics, addressing complex challenges such as fraud detection, authorization optimization, and system scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in end-to-end ML development and deploying models to production
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, and Spark for data processing and model development
- Deep expertise in deep learning techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and foundation models
- Advanced knowledge of machine learning frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Experience designing scalable ML workflows and optimizing online performance
- Strong understanding of data manipulation, querying, and analysis to evaluate hypotheses and metrics
- Experience with streaming feature pipelines and making substantial backend modifications for ML deployment
