Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking to support a Federal Engineering team focused on GenAI solutions for the public sector by architecting and deploying cutting-edge, AI-driven mission systems for government clients
Requirements
- Extensive background with computer vision, deep learning, deep reinforcement learning, and natural language processing in a production environment
- Strong background with algorithms, data structures and object oriented programming
- High level programming in Python, along with experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience deploying machine learning models in cloud environments (preferably AWS or GCP)
- Experience with generative AI models, agentic systems, and large language models
- Familiar with agentic model design and ML evaluation frameworks
Responsibilities
- Take cutting-edge internally and community developed models, and utilize them to solve problems for customers and taskers
- Maintain and improve production models through deep reinforcement learning, architectural upgrades, and hyperparameter tuning
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and prototype ML-driven product enhancements
- Serve as a cross-functional representative to advocate for machine learning techniques across organizations
- Create scalable Machine learning infrastructures to optimize and automate ML services
- Be comfortable using new technologies in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Other
- Active U.S. Security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, can hold CI or FS POLY)
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is a plus
