Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used for machine learning development
- Experience working within end-to-end machine learning workflows, including data analysis, model building, deployment, and monitoring
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, with experience in novel model development
- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Experience with data labeling techniques, including crowdsourcing methods
- Proficiency in deploying models into production environments and writing backend code as needed
- Strong debugging skills and systematic approach to troubleshooting complex systems
Responsibilities
- Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify opportunities for machine learning applications
- Develop and validate proof-of-concept machine learning models to evaluate potential project impact
- Analyze and prepare training datasets, utilizing crowdsourcing and data labeling techniques
- Train, tune, and iterate on machine learning models using innovative approaches
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments, including writing necessary backend code
- Monitor model performance post-deployment, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements
- Debug and troubleshoot complex machine learning systems to ensure robustness and reliability
