Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying end-to-end machine learning and AI systems in industry or academia.
- Deep expertise in advanced machine learning methods, including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, impactful ML projects into production environments.
- Proficiency with modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in best engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, and code review.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-disciplinary teams, with the ability to mentor scientists and engineers effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, production-grade AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Lead and mentor teams of ML scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Stay current with the latest AI research, prototyping and implementing new algorithms and technological advancements from academia and industry.
- Oversee model validation, deployment, and lifecycle management, ensuring robustness, explainability, and high performance.
- Guide the technical strategy, roadmap, and architectural decisions for the ML/AI functions within the organization.
- Communicate findings, project roadmaps, and performance metrics clearly to executives and non-technical partners to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Educational background with a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields is preferred.
