Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on ML modeling development and leadership.
- Proven ability to design and operate complex ML models at scale, addressing both technical scalability and organizational impact.
- Experience with machine learning systems, especially in security or fraud prevention contexts.
- Preferred: Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications in fraud detection and prevention.

- Lead technical initiatives by solving ambiguous challenges independently, taking full ownership of project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide fellow engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
