Zoom Video Communications is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and agentic AI to join their dynamic AI team. The goal is to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent systems capable of understanding complex contexts, making autonomous decisions, and executing sophisticated tasks across the Zoom platform, thereby revolutionizing communication and collaboration through AI-driven innovations.
Requirements
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and transformer architectures
- Proven experience with production-level machine learning systems
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, and LangChain
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment tools including Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS
- Experience developing and optimizing large language models like GPT-4, Claude, or internal models
- Ability to design and implement scalable, low-latency AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent architectures capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and techniques to ensure reliable and consistent agent behavior
