Requirements
- Experience with distributed systems principles and experience building distributed systems for production environments
- Solid Python or C++ skills
- Experience monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting complex distributed systems
- Experience with ML Ops principles and best practices
Responsibilities
- Implement new features in Waymo's data flywheel to scalably process ML data
- Develop robust ML workflows to continuously and automatically train, evaluate, and deploy models for Waymo's onboard and offboard applications
- Support the reliable operation of ML pipelines at scale
- Collaborate with ML modeling teams in understanding their workflows & design automation solutions that solve their problems
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 2+ years equivalent experience
- Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners
- Travel requirements not specified
