- You'll be hands‑on with LLMs, working with state of the art models and infra.
Responsibilities
- Develop models: Design, code, and ship full-stack models for Netic's AI platform, tackling everything from evals to insights.
- Own projects end-to-end: Drive projects from spec to production, handling data models, APIs, fine-tuning, and post‑launch iteration.
- Co‑create with customers: Work closely with our customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into features that stick.

- As an new grad, you'll have a dedicated mentor to guide you through the end-to-end process of supporting customers, shipping features, and iterating quickly.
- New grads are expected to start in Summer of 2026 or earlier.
