Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, and SQL
- Experience with API platforms such as Postman, Azure API Management or Boomi
- Experience with BI frameworks and MS Excel
- Experience in SciKit Learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch, XGBoost,or equivalent libraries.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is desired
- Experience working with agentic workflows, including familiarity with MCP Servers, is a plus
- Experience working with frontend/backend integration (e.g., ensuring APIs are optimized for UI/UX requirements) a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and evaluate innovative first-of-a-kind solutions for real-world use-cases, from research prototypes to client ready solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of the state-of-the-art in front end development (together with an appreciation of related areas) including new technologies, open source and commercial offerings.
- Train, evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve on deployed machine learning models.
- Maintain vector databases for RAG and Agentic workflows & build data pipelines.
- Pick the right hosting platforms & services, hardware specs etc. to run and scale API services as per business requirements.
- Liaise with business and development teams and absorb feedback on deployed solutions for future improvement considerations.

- must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday.
- Ability to travel (up to 10%) and meet to the requirements of the business.
- College/University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related background
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of professional experience in machine learning, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience productionizing and scaling machine learning APIs in real-world environments
- You are self-motivated, and with the ability to plan and organize a demanding workload efficiently and effectively
