Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Python and advanced ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), including transformer models, summarization, and chatbot applications
- Strong understanding of ML infrastructure, including continuous training, real-time inference, and operational reliability
- Experience with ML infrastructure tools such as Databricks, MLFlow, and AWS SageMaker
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Engineering with proven leadership in ML system architecture
- Experience in designing and maintaining ML platforms at scale across multiple teams or business units
Responsibilities
- Own and drive architectural decisions for machine learning and large language models focused on treatment recommendation, personalization, and intelligent care delivery
- Develop, optimize, and scale complex ML model pipelines using Python and frameworks like PyTorch
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code supporting impactful ML systems
- Design and implement robust ML infrastructure to streamline training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring processes
- Lead the adoption of emerging ML technologies and best practices to enhance technical maturity
- Mentor senior and staff engineers, fostering best practices in system design and engineering rigor
- Promote a culture of scalable system design, innovation, and customer-centric solutions
Other
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-organizational initiatives effectively
- Educational background with a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
