Reddit's Ads Measurement Modeling team needs to evaluate and improve advertising effectiveness to drive advertiser success by building machine learning solutions that help advertisers understand the value Reddit delivers to their business. The Manager for Measurement Modeling will lead the team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and systems to tackle complex challenges in ad signals, identity, and privacy.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience working with machine learning models and deploying them in large-scale production systems.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, transformer-based architectures, and AI model development.
