The partner company of Jobgether is looking to solve the problem of designing and delivering advanced AI/ML solutions while driving strategic client engagement and account growth in the United States.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Scientist, or Software Engineer delivering complex AI/ML platforms.
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Vertex AI, SageMaker).
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Strong background in building and operating data pipelines and developing APIs/web applications (Flask, Django, Spring).
- Complete software development lifecycle experience including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- 3+ years of consulting leadership experience, including client engagement, project leadership, and account expansion.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and oversee delivery of end-to-end AI/ML solutions that meet performance, scalability, and customer requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and architects to implement robust ML platforms, pipelines, and applications.
- Mentor and guide team members on AI/ML best practices, architecture, modeling, and emerging technologies.
- Engage with clients to understand long-term AI/ML goals, design roadmaps, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Drive pre-sales activities including responses to RFIs/RFPs and crafting persuasive technical approaches.
- Communicate the business value and ROI of AI/ML solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients leverage machine learning to achieve measurable business impact.
