Roboflow aims to make the world programmable through computer vision tools, enabling developers to build and use machine learning models to solve real-world problems. The company is focused on making state-of-the-art vision models accessible to a global developer base, with applications ranging from cancer research to construction site safety.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of hands-on ML research experience
- Author on peer-reviewed papers; able to demonstrate track record of meaningful research contributions
- Expert-level knowledge in PyTorch, modern vision architectures (YOLO, SAM, VLMs), and training pipelines
- Deep knowledge of object detection, instance segmentation, keypoint detection, SAM, and VLMs
- Innovative Thinker: Comes up with new ideas and pushes the boundary of what’s possible in vision
