Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in machine learning principles and algorithms with at least 2 years of experience building real-world ML systems
- Strong foundation in computer vision fundamentals, including both classical techniques and modern deep learning approaches
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks
- Experience with the full ML development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, validation, deployment)
- Understanding of how to optimize ML models for real-time or resource-constrained environments
- Experience with real-time ML systems (NVIDIA deployment stack, ONNX, TensorRT, model quantization)
- Familiarity with C++ for performance-critical applications
Responsibilities
- develop machine learning solutions for advanced sensor technology from concept to production
- optimize existing object detection algorithms
- pioneer ML-based image enhancement techniques that push the boundaries of what's possible with our sensors
- translate sensor capabilities into robust ML models that perform in real-world conditions
- identify and develop novel ML applications across our product portfolio
Other
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Knowledge of ML Ops tools and practices (experiment tracking, model versioning, CI/CD for ML)
