The Machinery & Equipment practice within Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory organization needs to research and gather data for the creation of appraisal reports, analyze this data, and prepare written reports to support appraisers' opinions of value for a variety of corporate clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel) and online research tools
- Familiarity with machinery and equipment concepts (preferred)
- The ability to easily grasp new but basic valuation concepts
Responsibilities
- Gather information, conduct research, and analyse market data to support the appraiser’s opinions of value
- Prepare front end of appraisal reports
- Prepare portions of written reports to communicate findings and conclusions
- Assist the appraisers in reviewing, reconciling, and resolving client issues
- Assist the appraisers in the execution of their daily tasks
- Assist the appraisers to complete special projects
- Respond to day-to-day requests, providing information and ensuring that issues are properly addressed
