The Production Manifestor must scale and manifest all combos/vats of product produced by cut and converting prior to leaving the floor.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- Accurately scale all combos and/or vats of product.
- Ensure accurate manifest are completed.
- Oversee manifest weights and labels are correct.
- Hand Manifest all partials
- Delete manifest of all product returned to the floor.
Other
- A high school diploma or GED preferred.
- One or more years' experience in meat processing, or closely related industry is preferred.
- Spanish Bilingual skills preferred.
