Requirements
- COBOL for batch programs
- JCL
- COBOL
- VSAM
- VSAM files
- DB2
- IBM VSE mainframe environments
- MS SQL 2005 or above
Responsibilities
- Minimum of seven (7) years of recent experience developing applications using COBOL for batch programs
- Superior proficiency with mainframe applications built with JCL, COBOL, and VSAM
- Experience working with VSAM files and DB2, integrating existing designs with new requirements
- Strong experience developing in mainframe environments, resolving complex and conflicting design issues
- Ability to quickly understand complex mainframe systems
- Experience developing applications in IBM VSE mainframe environments
- Experience working with stored procedures and SQL in MS SQL 2005 or above
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Exceptional presentation and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Jefferson City, MO
