Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) and Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development for United States Coast Guard (USCG) Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment utilized throughout the service for Cherokee Nation Strategic Programs
Requirements
- Hold a current RCM Level-II Maintenance Analysis Certification by the USCG or NAVSEA or obtain Certification within six (6) months of hire date
- Six (6) years of experience in USCG or DOD Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) maintenance development
- Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance
- Knowledge of Maintenance Procedure Cards
- Knowledge of Electronics Maintenance Development
- Knowledge of Analysis and Maintenance Requirement
Responsibilities
- Complete Reliability-Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) in accordance with MIL-STD-3034 (series) (Navy)
- Develop Maintenance Requirement List (MRL), List of Effective Pages (LOEP) and Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs)
- Develop HM&E MPCs that will be ready for publication
- Support the CG-22 process through RCMA, MPC development, and MPC updates
- Attend meetings and conferences
- Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) and Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development
Other
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written
- Pass a drug screen and federal background check is mandatory
- Ability to pass a NACI background investigation and obtain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC) to access USCG IT systems and facilities
- Active Secret clearance to be considered
