HSN is looking to solve the problem of keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes by hiring a Maintenance Tech Lead to support facility performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Technical certification or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Minimum 5 years as an industrial mechanic, with electro-mechanical skills
- Read and interpret technical documents and safety procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Lead evening shift maintenance operations and mentor a high-performing team
- Collaborate with leadership to plan repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment meets operational standards
- Support repairs and modifications to reduce downtime and improve performance
- Use our maintenance management system to track service history and manage inventory
- Oversee custodial and groundskeeping functions on your shift
- Step in as a working mechanic during peak periods or team absences
Other
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions
- Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time
- Must be able to work on-site at HSN Tennessee PineyFlats
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
