Huron is looking for a Workday Technical Sr. Associate to support their managed services clients by ensuring timely resolution of client issues, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service quality in Workday HCM/ERP.

Requirements

  • Substantial and measurable delivery within the technical and reporting workstreams during implementations or production support
  • Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, and data analysis
  • Must have extensive building and troubleshooting of Studio experience
  • Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations, using the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various tools from simple to complex reports and experience with enterprise reporting tools
  • Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Provide support to the Workday-managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
  • Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.

  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
