Intuit is looking to expand and strengthen its AI team supporting Lending solutions to power prosperity worldwide for consumers, small and mid-market businesses and the self-employed by developing high-performing teams and championing continuous improvement and expansion.
Requirements
- MS, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science and engineering, AI, ML,Applied Math, , or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ML, AI, statistics and related fields, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business impact and bringing AI solutions into production
- 3+ years of experience in application of AI and Data science in Credit risk direct lending and capital
- 3+ years of experience in leading and managing a high performing team
- Strong money movement domain expertise required, in the domains of direct lending, capital, credit and financial risk
- Knowledge and domain expert in other related subject areas within a fintech, payment processing, or online banking operations organization is an advantage
- Experience with advanced statistical, machine learning, AI and experimental design methods
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to manage the efficient growth and execution of our AI solutions for credit risk for lending and capital domain at the corporate level.
- Provide technical leadership in applying advanced statistical, machine learning, AI and experimental design methods to complex problems.
- Lead the execution of new AI solutions from ideation towards production in the domain for direct lending credit risk and capital
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leaders to influence shaping of strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
- Translate business and AI strategies into multiple short-term and long-term well defined analytical projects, and manage end-to-end execution.
- Role-models “win-together” while challenging status quo and driving changes across teams regardless of organizational structure.
- Build scalable structures and processes, provide clarity and direction in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, enabling teams to focus on high-impact opportunities while adapting to evolving business priorities.

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred) or equivalent work experience
