Requirements

• • 7+ years of experience in product, customer, and GTM analytics
• • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering etc.).
• • Experience with experimentation and causal inference, familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
• • Ability to influence senior leaders with strong data storytelling and business acumen.
• • Preferred: Experience in financial technology and lending products

Responsibilities

• • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 3-5 data scientists
• • Define and execute the team’s data science strategy to support hyper-growth and expansion
• • Define and track key product and business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
• • Drive strategic insights to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for lending
• • Guide team to translate complex data findings into clear insights and actionable business strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences
• • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Commercial teams to drive data-backed decisions.
• • Work with data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensure data quality, and build scalable analytics solutions.
