Intuit is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building integration patterns that embed their product experiences into 3rd-party platforms, including the incorporation of AI agents, to drive growth and expansion through scalable integration solutions aligned with their App Partner Program.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years working as an established technical leader (manager) of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful business solutions
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams focused on integrations, APIs, or platform partnerships.
- Strong understanding of embedding product experiences within external platforms, including mega platform ecosystems (e.g., cloud marketplaces, app stores, partner portals).
- Familiarity with AI agent technologies and their application to enhance product integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technically robust solutions that enable monetization and business growth.

- Background in SaaS platform integrations or B2B product embedding.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and evolving integration patterns that embed our product experiences into external platforms.
- Drive the strategic incorporation of AI agents within these integrations to enhance automation, personalization, and value delivered to end customers.
- Own the technical roadmap and execution for integration patterns, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and support monetization efforts.
- Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable solutions with utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams — including Product, Design, Analytics, and Business Development — to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Work across the organization to build strong relationships to deliver on ambiguous and complex problems together.
- Mentor and grow engineering talent, promoting best practices, engineering excellence, and agile delivery.
