Intuit is looking for a Manager 2, Software Engineering to lead the GTM Tech team, which manages an internal data management platform to integrate all internal GTM systems and provide accurate data at the right time.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies
- Passion for fullstack development and building amazing customer experiences
Responsibilities
- Deliver experiences and platform capabilities with Engineering and Operational Excellence, leading to outstanding outcomes for customers, employees, and stakeholders
- Build high performing teams. Lead and nurture a team of high performing engineers with a focus on business delivery and talent growth with teams between 8-15 developers
- Work with product management to distill requirements and challenges into technical requirements for the team
- Work with non-technical partners to translate complex technical challenges, projects, and outcomes into easily understood, digestible information
- Stay aware of industry trends and make technology choices and strategic decisions
- Get into the weeds and work with your team leads and architects to drive technical decisions when necessary and is comfortable taking a back seat and facilitating to arrive at the optimal decision
Other
- BE in Computer Science is a must have. Masters is preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
- Experienced as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
- Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
- Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
