Intuit is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for crafting seamless, scalable, and personalized marketing technology solutions. The goal is to shape platform innovation, enable rapid adoption of new offerings, and ensure flawless integration across MarTech tools to redefine customer engagement through AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of marketing technology platforms, campaign orchestration systems, and integrating tools across diverse feature sets (e.g., CRM, CDP, marketing automation platforms).
  • Passionate about AI-first approaches with demonstrated experience in implementing AI and machine learning solutions that improve decision-making and precision in marketing tech.
  • Strong expertise in designing scalable, extensible platforms and embedding seamless experiences into partner environments like marketing automation tools, ad-tech networks, or social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine our marketing technology platform’s core integration patterns.
  • Define and evolve reusable and extensible architectures that accelerate adoption across internal tools, third-party platforms, and partner ecosystems.
  • Drive seamless integrations with first-party, second-party, and third-party services.
  • Develop modern, intuitive customer experiences that feel native to each platform and effortlessly adapt to changing personas and journey stages.
  • Define the engineering roadmap to enable rapid scaling of our marketing technology solutions.
  • Ensure innovations are production-ready and drive measurable business impact.
  • Ensure robust operational frameworks to deliver highly available, scalable, and secure marketing technology solutions.

  • 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years as a manager leading high-performing, impactful engineering teams.
  • Strategic mindset combining business acumen with technical innovation, navigating technical complexities to deliver modular, multifaceted solutions.
  • Proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
  • Track record for mentoring technical talent and scaling engineering organizations.
  • Dedicated to building customer-first solutions through end-to-end journey mapping and driving value for end-users in every engagement.
  • Confident communicator skilled in managing up, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and serving as the technical face of MarTech innovations internally and externally.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
