Intuit Data Exchange (IDX) needs to develop and manage services at a large scale for its Document Comprehension platform, which uses AI to extract information from financial documents. This platform needs to leverage cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for millions of Intuit customers.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment and Experience working with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks (Autogen, LangChain and LlamaIndex), LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector databases or architecting custom agentic frameworks.
- 1+ years of experience in data mining algorithms and statistical modeling
- 8-12 years of hands on software development experience in cloud technologies (AWS), machine learning concepts, micro services development, version control systems (i.e. Git, Github), workflows and GenAI technologies
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
- 5+ years of strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable and distributed platforms
- 2+ years of industry experience with AI science.
- Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment of AI models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor model performance post-deployment and implement necessary adjustments or retraining.
- Lead the development of data exchange and document comprehension platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Drive technical leadership and deliver cutting-edge capabilities that can scale to hundreds of millions of Intuit customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and drive the development of new features and capabilities.
- Write production-ready code, deploying highly scalable software supporting millions or more users.
