Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 4 years building and managing design teams
- Proven ability to build, scale, and lead design organizations in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Deep experience in product-led growth, experimentation, and performance-oriented design.
- Strategic leader with a strong product mindset and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Track record of delivering high-quality work at speed, balancing long-term vision with short-term impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a bias for action and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end design strategy for product-led growth initiatives across QuickBooks and Mailchimp.
- Define and scale best-in-class growth design practices that balance customer outcomes with business performance.
- Use customer insights and behavioral data to inform design decisions and shape the end-to-end funnel experience.
- Guide the team through rapid iteration, using testing frameworks and success metrics to evaluate and refine solutions.
- Champion scalable, customer-obsessed growth solutions that align with our design system and product principles.
- Operate as a key leader within cross-functional pods, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science.
- Drive alignment on growth priorities and ensure seamless execution across disciplines.
