Intuit is looking to build an enterprise-level Sales Marketing center of excellence to improve customer engagement and retention for their managed accounts, leveraging technology for personalization at scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business experience in product and/or sales marketing within SaaS/Technology companies, preferably FinTech, with experience in payments or financial operations solutions like bill pay.
- Proven experience helping sales organizations reach goals by building both DemandGen and LeadGen programs, designing and executing customer content strategies as well as Account Based Marketing for enterprise-level accounts, ideally for financial or bill pay solutions.
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative customer research.
- Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and distill into clear, concise recommendations for an executive audience.
- Proven ability to leverage data to measure marketing performance, inform growth opportunities and business case development.
- Unabashed at seeking efficiency by testing and deploying the latest technology.
- Experience leading and cultivating a team.
Responsibilities
- building a customizable approach to value creation for our managed accounts, aimed at exceeding customer engagement and retention goals, while leveraging the latest technology to enable that personalization at scale.
- building both DemandGen and LeadGen programs, designing and executing customer content strategies as well as Account Based Marketing for enterprise-level accounts, ideally for financial or bill pay solutions.
