Intuit QuickBooks Capital is looking for an Engineering Leader to lead their capital experiences organization and the teams working on Term Loan and Line of Credit products. The goal is to empower millions of small businesses with their cash flow needs by improving customer benefits and business outcomes through innovative financial technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with Web Technologies, specifically Javascript and React
  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams, and other leaders, that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
  • deep technical experience grounded in previous years of hand-on development in high scale, highly available systems that achieved outstanding levels of operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Building an engineering culture, practices and supporting tooling that engineers love and enable them to deliver the best work of their lives at high velocity and with outstanding performance, scalability and availability.
  • Drive the next generation of our Capital Experiences and a portfolio of services & experiences that rely on it.
  • Become an expert in our customers and their problems and be accountable for critical initiatives and their success metrics to deliver outsized customer value and business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product & design leads to prioritize work, identify opportunities for acceleration and innovation and propose options when challenged by constraints.
  • Participate with peers and directors to refine organizational structures to accelerate our strategy and priority initiatives.
  • Remove roadblocks from the organizations and team’s path.
  • Lead an organization of more than 15 team members through both technical leaders and Early career talent engineers.
