Requirements
- Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle, with experience applying Agile methodologies
- Experience applying AI tools not only for productivity but as augmentation across program workflows—automating coordination, accelerating velocity, and enabling breakthrough, AI-native solutions

- Performance Management: experience setting clear performance expectations through goal-setting and regular check-ins, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance reviews
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional Communicator: ability to clearly articulate vision, strategy, priorities and expectations to teams and stakeholders
