Intuit is looking to drive portfolio-level impact, accelerate delivery of its most critical initiatives, and shape the future of its Business Platform Services and AI portfolio by hiring a Manager 3, Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Small Business Group Product Development (SBG PD) Program Management Office.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle, with experience applying Agile methodologies
  • Experience applying AI tools not only for productivity but as augmentation across program workflows—automating coordination, accelerating velocity, and enabling breakthrough, AI-native solutions
  • Technical Acumen: strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies
  • Strong technical understanding, customer empathy, and a track record of connecting strategy to execution

  • Proven Leadership: 12+ years of experience building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization
  • Coaching and Mentoring: experience in developing team by providing proactive coaching to team members, creating career growth plans and providing stretch opportunities
  • Performance Management: experience setting clear performance expectations through goal-setting and regular check-ins, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance reviews
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional Communicator: ability to clearly articulate vision, strategy, priorities and expectations to teams and stakeholders
