The Manager, Analytics will play a pivotal role in advancing a key client's measurement journey at Dentsu's Carat brand.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical/programming language (Python or R preferred).
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of media KPIs and digital measurement best practices.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing/media analytics with a focus on attribution, reporting, or forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field, required.
- Experience in marketing/media analytics

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of monthly performance attribution, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Build scalable dashboards and tools that translate raw data into actionable intelligence for client and internal teams.
- Partner with senior leaders to connect attribution results with broader marketing mix insights and strategic priorities.
- Serve as a day-to-day analytics partner for client teams, addressing questions, clarifying insights, and supporting in-flight decision-making.
- Collaborate with media and strategy teams to embed measurement into planning, activation, and optimization.
- Create client-ready presentations and visualizations that simplify technical outputs into strategic recommendations.
- Mentor junior analytics staff, providing guidance in methodology, data visualization, and client communication.
