The Manager, Analytics will play a pivotal role in advancing a key client's measurement journey at Dentsu's Carat brand.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical/programming language (Python or R preferred).
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker Studio.
  • Strong understanding of media KPIs and digital measurement best practices.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing/media analytics with a focus on attribution, reporting, or forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field, required.
  • Experience in marketing/media analytics
  • Knowledge of statistical/programming languages

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of monthly performance attribution, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and business relevance.
  • Build scalable dashboards and tools that translate raw data into actionable intelligence for client and internal teams.
  • Partner with senior leaders to connect attribution results with broader marketing mix insights and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as a day-to-day analytics partner for client teams, addressing questions, clarifying insights, and supporting in-flight decision-making.
  • Collaborate with media and strategy teams to embed measurement into planning, activation, and optimization.
  • Create client-ready presentations and visualizations that simplify technical outputs into strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor junior analytics staff, providing guidance in methodology, data visualization, and client communication.

  • Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field, required.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing/media analytics with a focus on attribution, reporting, or forecasting.
  • Uphold high standards of data quality, documentation, and delivery excellence across analytics projects.
