Responsibilities
- Leads the development and production of video, imagery, and copywriting assets utilizing AI platforms, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and supports retail and business objectives
- Oversees the adoption and integration of AI-driven review and content automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency, improve content quality, and scale creative production
- Ensures all creative assets are optimized for retail platforms, with a particular emphasis on meeting Amazon marketplace requirements and enhancing product discoverability and conversion
- Designs and implements data-driven strategies to maximize brand presence, customer engagement, and conversion rates across Amazon and other retail channels
- Monitors and analyzes channel and creative performance data, leveraging insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and inform future content initiatives
- Champions the use of advanced AI technologies to expand creative capabilities, streamline processes, and enhance channel content performance
- Develops content toolkits, playbooks, and scalable assets to support integration programs with internal teams and external retail partners
